I'm Lee LeFever and I'm spent my career as an explainer. My company, Common Craft, helped pioneer the explainer video genre in 2007, and I published The Art of Explanation in 2012.

I have a deep passion for understanding a enw idea and then finding compelling way to explain it for others.

My current passion is the Vibes Project. I'm fascinated with human nature and believe we need better ways to understand one another and ourselves. The goal of the project is to outline a set of "vibes" that help explain why we are the way we are. To reach this goal, I am researching and writing about what I'm learning in public.
